On October 18, Every Mile Matters.

The R4R is hosted this year on October 18th in Windsor, Moosomin, Waterloo, Hamilton, Oakville, Fort Erie, Fraser Lake, Muskoka, Halifax, and Montreal with 25, 50 & 100 km routes featured, as well as a 10 km “Fun Ride” for kids. Riders of all ages and abilities will find a route that fits their fitness level – minimum age without adult accompaniment is 12.
